Monday, October 3, 2016

Hi all! Today I want to sharing my card for My Favorite Things October New Release Countdown Day 2. I play with Hand Lettered Christmas again because I just love the scripts and bold handwriting on this stamp set!

My Favorite Things supply that I'm using :
New Release Oh Christmas Tree for the Christmas tree
New Release Dienamics Oh Christmas Tree to die cut the Christmas tree
New Release Hand Lettered Christmas for the sentiment using gold embossing powder
New Release Beast Friends for the gifts
New Release Dienamics Beast Friends to die cut the gifts
New Release Merry Everything for the Santa image
New Release Dienamics Merry Everything to die cut the Santa Image
New Release Stitched Rectangle Scallop Edge Frames to emboss the frame
In the Buff and Spearmint Premium Dye Ink Pad with blending tool to coloring background then I apply Morroccan Lattice stencil and splash some water and white watercolor with my brush

I stamp, coloring the images using Copic then die cut it. For the embellishment, I add some clear sequins.

You can see more amazing inspiration from MFT DT on MFT Blog

Thank you so much for stopping by and have a nice day!!

  3. Melania! Your technique is amazing! I love the partial lightly colored Moroccan background. Your pastels in contrast to the red and the GOLD! Fabulous!

I think I forget that the whole background stamp doesn't need to be used...just a kiss of the stamp. Very elegant!

  5. Did you color the Santa pink just for me? I love him against the light green tree! The background using the Moroccan Lattice stencil is also perfect in the light color. I NEED that stencil! The gold embossed sentiment is lovely and brings the eye down to Santa, the star of this show! Thanks for sharing!
