A Very Special Girl

Today I'm back with a card using Penny Black for my son's best friend. My son told me that her friend, Joanne want to only marry him LOL..I think she is a special girl :)
Here is my card :

Penny Black Supply that I use :
Embellishment for the washi tape, I stamp it on colorful cardstock
Special Girl for the image ( I'm coloring it using COPIC) and for the sentiment using white embossing powder.
For the background, I'm using Distress Ink Spun Sugar with blending tool and add Clear Wink Stella for the stars.
