How to Say Cheers Dienamics for the sentiment to you
Tall Cheers Dienamics to die cut the sentiment cheers
MSTN Black & White Plaid Paper Pad for the patterned paper

The sentiment is from white embossing powder. To color the background, I splash watercolor with a brush.
