Well Hello for the sentiment using white embossing powder then die cut it using Skinny Strips Dienamics
Grassy Hills Dienamics to die cut the grass

I stamp, color the images using copic then die cut it. I add some clear sequins for the embellishment and clear droplets for the embellishment. I color the background using Dye Ink Pad with blending tool then splash water and white watercolor with a brush.
