My Favorite Things supply that I'm using :
Pizza Maker Stamp Set for the sentiment using gold embossing powder
Pizza Maker Dienamics to die cut the pizza
Pups & Kisses for the dog image
Pups & Kisses Dienamics to die cut the dog image 
Candy Land Paper Pack for the patterned paper

I stamp the dog image, color it using copic then die cut it.
