My Favorite Things supply that I'm using :
Cute Cats image and sentiment
Dienamics Cute Cats to die cut the images
Dienamics Stitched Circle STAX to die cut the circle frames on Biscotti Card Stock
Dienamics Stitched Fishtail Flags STAX to die cut the strips on Natural Card Stock 
Primitive Cream Card Stock for the background

I stamp, color the images using copic then die cut it. The sentiment is from white embossing powder.
