I stamp, color the images using copic then die cut it. The sentiment is from white embossing powder. For the background, I'm using dye ink pad with blending tool then splash water color with a brush. For the embellishment, I add some clear sequins.

Freshly Picked Bouquet for the image and sentiment
Freshly Picked Bouquet Dienamics to die cut the image
Punched Pattern Stencil to masking the background with dye ink pad and blending tool

 
I stamp the image using gold embossing powder, color it using watercolor then die cut it. The sentiment is from gold embossing powder. For the embellishment, I add some clear sequins.
