My Favorite Things supply that I'm using :
Mermazing for the images and sentiment
Dienamics Mermazing to die cut the images
Dienamics Stitched Rectangle Scallop Edge Frames to die cut the scallop frame
Limeade, Grapesicle and Bubblegum Premium Dye Ink Pad to stamp the sea plants
I stamp, color the images using copic then die cut it. The sentiment is from white embossing power. To color the background, I'm using Distress Ink Cracked Pistacchio and Shaded Lilac with blending tool then splash some water with my brush.
