First I die cut the background, and die cut the colorful cardstock using Peek-a-Boo Circle Windows Die-namics. And then I heat embossing the colorful cardstock with silver embossing powder and for the sentiment I'm using white embossing powder with Whimsical Wishes Stamp Set. Adhere all on it's place and add sequins.
