Hello :) This is my second card for today.
I am playing along the Paper Smooches SPARKS Challenge which has a fabulous inspiration photo this time.

And this is my card :

Celebrate!

Coloring using Tombow Marker
Add Twinery for the hat
and manual stitching all around the card

Also entering this card for Wee Memories Challenge 72 WMC72
